A 20 years old man caghe in<br />emergency who had an acute onset of<br />chest pain and SOB while playing<br />football. There is no history of<br />Trauma. On examination oxygen<br />saturation is 93% in room air,<br />respiratory rate 20 and temperature is<br />37.1 C. There is decreased expansion<br />of the chest on the left side, hyper-<br />resonant to percussion and reduced<br />air entry on the left.
