Given :-

  • Length of Train = 200m.
  • Length of Bridge = 400m.
  • Speed of Train = 36km/h.

To Find :-

  • How much Time Train will take to cross The bridge ?

Concept Used :-

  • while covering a Bridge , The Train cover The distance Equal to = Length of Train + Length of Bridge .
  • To Convert Speed into m/s Multiply it by (5/18) ..
  • Time = (Distance) / (Speed of Train).

Solution :-

Total Distance covered = 200 + 400 = 600m.

→ Speed of Train = 36 * (5/18) = 10m/s.

So,

Time Required = (D/S) = (600/10) = 60 Seconds = 1 minute.

Hence, The Train will Take 1 minute to Cross The Bridge.
