Explanation:

Given: displacement  i.e length of train = 200 m

            time = 20 s     , Speed of train = 11 m/s

 Solution  : Relative velocity = total displacement / time

                                                 = 200/20

                                                  = 10 m/s                                                         Relative speed = Speed of train - Speed of man (as both train and man are moving in the same direction)  .

Therefore ;

Speed of man =  Speed of train  -   Relative speed

                         =  11 - 10

                         =   1 m/s
