Diamter = 7 m

so, radius =  \frac{7}{2} m

Length of the platform, l = 22 m

It's base = 14m

Vol.(Cylindrical Well)=

\pi {r}^{2} h

 \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{7}{2 }  \times \frac{7}{2 }  \times 20

=22 × 7× 5 m³

Vol.(Platform) = lbh

= 22 × 14 × h

Vol.(Platform) = Vol.(Well)

22 × 14 × h = 22× 7 × 5

therefore, h =

 \frac{22 \times 7 \times 5}{22 \times 14}  =  \frac{5}{2}

= 2.5m
