the well will be in the cylindrical shape. its radius r =7/2m

and height h =20 m.

the volume of the earth dug out =π*r*²*H / b*l

area of the platform= 22*14 m square

let the height of the platform be H m.

volume of the platform = volume of the earth dug out

22*14*H=22*35

H=35/14=5/2=2.5 m.

Answer:

r  = 6/2 = 3m

h = 21m

volume in m*3 = ¶ r*2h

22/7 x 3 x 3 x 21 = 22 x 3 x 3 x 3 = 22 x 27 = 594m*3

length = 27m  ,  breadth = 11 m

h = Volume/ l x b = 594/27x11 = 2 m

so, height = 2 m
