\rm \dfrac{a}{2b} + \dfrac{3a}{b}=9

\rm \implies\dfrac{a}{2b}+\dfrac{6a}{2b} =9

\rm \implies\dfrac{a+6a}{2b}=9

\rm \implies\dfrac{7a}{2b}=9

\rm \implies 7a = 9 \times 2b

\rm \implies 7a = 18b

\rm \implies\dfrac{ 7a}{18} = b
