let fourth vertices of rectangle is D (x,y)
we know,
rectangle is a type of parellogram so, midpoint of diagonal of rectangle conside with one point .
so,
mid point of AC =midpoint of BD
{(3+7)/2 , (3+6)/2 } = {(3+x)/2 , (6+y)/2}
5 = (3+x)/2
x = 7
again,
9/2 =(6+y)/2
y= 3
hence, D=(7,3)
