first take the Lcm to make the denominator same to add the two fractions....

Taking Lcm of 5&3

=15

3/15+2/15

We made the denominator same now we have to multiply the respective no to the numerators

like 5*3=15 so 3*3=9

& 3*5=15 so 2*5=10

so 9/15 + 10/15

=19/15
