(a^4 - a^2b^2 + b^2)(a^2 + b^2)

=a²(a^4-a²b² + b²) + b²(a^4 - a²b² + b²)

=a^6 - a^4b² + a²b² +a^4b² - a²b^4 + b^4

=a^6 + a²b² - a²b^4 + b^4
