 a^{4} + a^{2}b + b^{2} \\=[(a^{2} )^{2}+2 \times  a^{2}\times b + b^{2} ] - a^{2} b \\=( a^{2}+b)^{2} - ( a\sqrt{b})^{2} \\= ( a^{2}+b+a\sqrt{b})(a^{2}+b-a\sqrt{b})

Therefore.,

 \red{a^{4} + a^{2}b + b^{2}}

\green{= ( a^{2}+b+a\sqrt{b})(a^{2}+b-a\sqrt{b})}
