1/v =  30-20/600

1/v =  10/600

1/v =  1/60

v =  60 cm

h`/h = v/u = magnification

h`/4 = 60/-30

h` = 60*4/-30

h` = -2 * 4

h` =  -8

the image is real and inverted and double size of the object.
