mass of the steps =40kg
number of steps ran =50
height of each step = 15s =1.5 h
h= height to which is raised
total height to which is raised is given as
H=n h

inserting the values
H =50 x 0.15 =75 m
W = work done = potential energy gained

we know that the potential energy gained is given as
PE = mgh

W= work done= PE =mgh
t = time taken to travel the height = 10 s

Power is given as
P =W/t
P = mgh /t

inserting the values
P = (40 x 9.8 x 7.5) / 10
=294
P = 294 watt
