Here's your answer...

The mass of the girl is 40 kg. Assuming that g = 10 m/s², her weight is 400 N

The radius of her heel is 0.006 m.

Area of the heel = 3.14×(0.006)² = 0.00011304 m²

Assuming that the girl is standing on one heel only (pretty silly :-P), the pressure exerted by the heel on the ground is...
P = F/A
= 400/0.00011304
≈ 3538570.42 Pa

This is literally almost thrice the atmospheric pressure at sea level! Is this girl's leg okay?
Just joking :-D
