a 420 grams of sugar solution has 40% sugar in it.how much more sugar needs to be added ,such that the resulting solution has 60%sugar in it

Required ratio = 50 : 10 = 5 : 1

The two mixtures should be added in the ratio of 5 : 1.

Therefore, Required sugar = 6005×1 = 120 g
