circumference of the circle = length of the wire=44cm
or,2×22/7×r=44
or,22/7×d=44 (since diameter=2r)
or,d=(44×7)/22
or,d=2×7=14 cm
Hence,diameter of the circle is 14 cm

the length of rod = circumference of circle
now
44=2(pie)r
or
d×22/7=44 ---------(since 2r=d)
therefore;
d=44×7/22
d=2×7
d=14cm

answer=14cm

where
d=diameter
r=radius

Puruvasu: sorry to write pi as pie in the answer .my phone's autocorrect was ON
