Hi.. here is ur answer..

As the wire is bent to the form of a circle,length of the wire = circumference of the circle

4 x pi x D = 44

pi x D = 44/4

D = (11/22)x7

D = 2 x 7

D = 14cm

Hope it helps you

Let the diameter of the circle be x cm
When the circle is formed by bending the wire,
circumference of the circle = length of the wire
Therefore,
2\pi \times  \frac{x}{2}  = 44 \\  =  > x =  \frac{2 \times 44}{2\pi}  \\  =  > x =  \frac{44 \times 7}{22}  \\  =  > x = 14 \\

Answer :- The diameter of the circle is 14 cm
