given,h=4cm
f=+20cm(since it's a convex lens ,the focal length is positive)
u=-30cm
therefore by using lens formula,:
1/v-1/u=1/f
1/v=1/20-1/30=(3-2)/60=1/60
therefore , v=60cm i.e. the image is formed 60cm on the other side of the lens .The image is real and inverted.
m=v/u=h'/h
so,h'=vh/u=(60×4)/-30=-4cm i.e. image is of the same size as the object and it is real and inverted.
thank u, hope it helps!^_^

JishanJiji: I think h' is -8cm
