4 {x}^{2}  - 16x + 15

We need two numbers whose sum is -16 and product is 60.

So the nembers are -10 and -6.

Now we will split the middle term accordingly.

 = 4 {x}^{2}  - 6x - 10x + 15 \\  = 2x(2x - 3) - 5(2x - 3) \\  = (2x - 3)(2x - 5)

Answer:

4x^2-16x+15

4x^2-6x-10x+15

2 x ( 2 x − 5 ) − 3 ( 2 x − 5 )

( 2 x − 5 ) (2 x − 3 )

 x=5/2

x=3/2
