There will be no change in the free body diagram.

In the free body diagram there will be a downward force that is mg and and upward force that will be normal force. And initially it is at rest therefore there will be now horizontal force.

When the cart starts moving with constant velocity, there will be two horizontal forces on it, one will be the pushing force and other will be fractional force due to the ground..since the cart is moving with constant velocity, therefore there will be zero acceleration, and that's why both the forces will be equal in magnitude but opposite in direction so they will cancel each other.

but on the bag there will be still no horizontal force.

Therefore no change in the free body diagram.
