-a^5/[−a^5 ×b^-9×c^-7×a^-15×c0 ]^2 =1/[11×b−9×c−7×a−15×1 ]^2 we know a^0=1. =[b9×c7×a15]^2. Because 1/a^-1=a =[b^18*c^14*a^30 ](answer)
