According to the Ohm's law of electricial resistance,we get the following mathematical formula;

P(power)=I²(electricial current) R (electrical resistance)

P=I²R [we also have to apply this particular formula to calculate the resistance of the fuse wire]

1=5²R [according to the data mentioned in the question]

R=1/25

R=0.04 Ohm

That's why the correct answer of this question is option a.
