In this case, the image will be real, inverted and of the same size of the object.


The distance where the image will be formed is 30 cm and will be on the same side of the object.  


We know, distance u = 30cm and focal length = 15cm.


Therefore, 1/f = 1/v +1/u.


Putting the values, we will get m = -1.  


It proves that the image is real, same size and inverted.
