Length of the train = 50 m

Length of the bridge = 250 m

Total distance to be covered by the train in order to pass the bridge = 50 + 250 = 300 m

Velocity of the train = 60 km/hr = 16.67 m/s

Let the time taken by the train be t.

t = \frac{distance}{speed}

t = \frac{300}{16.67}

t = 18 seconds

Hence, the time taken by the train to pass the bridge is 18 seconds.
