First we calculate force

Force=ma

where m is mass and a is acceleration of car.

initial velocity=u=10m/sec

Final velocity =v=20m/sec

Time taken. = t= 60 sec

V= u+at

20=10+a×60

a= 1/6m/s^2

F=500×1/6

Power= 500/6×60

Power=1.38W
