K.E.=mgh
m=500g=1/2kg
g=9.8
h=2m
∴K.E=(1/2)*9.8*2
         =9.8 j

sippi: pls mark as best
dhanvi: thanks

given,
mass = 500 gram = 500/1000 = 1/2 = 0.5 kg
height = 2 meter
acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 m/s
²
kinetic energy = mgh
K.E = 0.5 * 9.8 * 2
K.E = 9.8
therefore kinetic energy of the object is = 9.8 J
             i hope it helps..............................^_^
