Ppm= weight of solute/weight of sloution×10^6

= .2×10^6÷500= 400ppm

Answer:

The concentration of fluorine is determined to be equal to 400ppm in terms of ppm level.

Explanation:

Given that weight of tooth paste = 500grams

and weight of fluoride in it= 0.2grams

Here Concentration in ppm level is given by  =(\frac{W_{C}}{W_{S}} )*10^{6}

W_{C}  is weight of the constituent in the sample

W_{S}  is Weight of the  whole sample

Concentration in ppm level =\frac{0.2}{500}*10^{6}=400ppm
