Area of heel =22/7×(1)^2=22/7
Now,
Pressure =Force/Area,we have found area but force is yet to be found
as we know,
Force=mass×acceleration
here acceleration is the acceleration
due to gravity=9.8 m/s^2or 10m/s^2
hence force =60×9.8
hence pressure=(60×9.8)/22/7
=(6×10×9.8)×7/22=(6×98)×7/22=168N/m^2
