In this the last wagon of the train should also cross the bridge completely . So here we have to add the length of the train and the bridge so it comes out to be 1.2km . It takes 15 seconds to cross a pole means it took 15 seconds to cover 600 m of distance . So it would take 30 seconds to cross the bridge of length 0.6 km.
