thank you for asking this question.i hope my answer will help you
thrust is calculated through following formula:
f=u*(dm/dt)
where:
f=thrust
u=relative
f(thrust)=f(weight)
=1000*(dm/dt)=mg=6000*10
=dm/dt=60
so the gas ejected is 60km/sec

Ask if you have any confusion regarding this numeric solution.

Answer:60 kg

Explanation:

You have everythig to be put in the formula

F=V.dm/dt

F=m.g (here)

I.e.6000*10=60000

60000=1000*dm/dt

Therefore dm/dt = 60 kg/sec

We are now just asked how much weight to be ejected per sec .

Which is 60kg
