F = m a
F = m (dv / dt) = weight of rocker to overcome = 600 x 9.81
m (1000–0) / dt = 600 x 9.81
So, with a bit of maths:
m / dt = 5.9 Kg / s
5.9 kilogrammes of gas ejected per second.
