From given, we have,

⇒ F = 65 kg

⇒ N = 1300 kg

we use the formula,

F = μN

where, μ = co-efficient of friction

⇒ μ = F/N

μ = 65/1300

μ = 0.05

Therefore, option (C) 0.05  is the correct answer.
