Answer:-

Given:

Diameter of a circular garden = 70 m

Radius of the garden = 70/2 = 35 m.

Width of a path around the garden = 6 m.

We have to find the area of the path.

We can say that:

Area of the path = Area of the garden along with the path - Area of the garden.

We know,

Area of a circle = πr²

Hence,

Area of the path = π * (35 + 6)² - π * (35)²

→ Area of the path = 22/7 * 41 * 41 - 22/7 * 35 * 35

→ Area of the path = 5283.14 - 3850

→ Area of the path = 1433.14 m²

Therefore, the area of the path is 1433.14 .
