A = 6x² - 11x - 10

A = 6x² - 15x + 4x - 10

A = 3x(2x - 5) + 2(2x - 5)

A = (2x - 5)(3x + 2)

Factors of A are : (2x - 5) and (3x + 2)

Heya !!!

A = 6X² - 11X - 10

★ Coefficient of X² × Constant term = 6 × -10 = -60

We try to split -60 into two parts such that their sum of Subtraction will be -11 and product will be -60.

Clearly,

-15 + 4 = -11

And,

-15 × 4 = -60

So,

6X² - 11X - 10

6X² - ( 15 - 4 )X - 10

6X² - 15X + 4X - 10

3X( 2X - 5 ) + 2 ( 2X - 5 )

( 2X - 5 ) ( 3X + 2 ) = 0

Hence,

( 2X - 5 ) and ( 3X + 2 ) are the factor of A.
