Maximum tension that we could add to a rope because of the acceleration is 30 kg or it is f =300 N.
Newton's second law says F=ma( hereF=300N,m=70kg and a- acceleration)
for maximum acceleration we have a=300÷70=4.28m\s2.
It is just my try!!
Hope it helps you!!
