A 70 m long train runs at a speed of 75 km/hr .Let us calculate how long it would take to pass a platform of length 105 metre.

it's very easy ,

since it's passing a platform , total distance has to be covered = length of train + length of platform

= 70+105 = 175m

speed of train = 75km/h = 75*5/18 = 125/6 m/s

so, time required = D/T = 175*6/125 = 42/5 = 8.4 seconds . ✍️☺️
