Solution:

b= i+j +ck
dot product of vector a.b = |a | |b| Cosα
α is the angle between vectors
a and b are perpendicular vector
=> α = 90°
=> cos90° = 0
dot product of vector a.b = 0
=> (7i+2j -3k ).( i+j +2k ) = 0
=> 7*1 + 2 * 1 + (-3)(c) = 0
=> 7 + 2 - 3c = 0
=> 9 - 3c = 0
=> 3c = 9
=> c = 3
