Hi friend,
We know that
Power= work done/time
Work done =kinetic energy.
:- 1/2m v² = 1/2 × 800×25×25
Kinetic energy =250000 joules.
Now apply in the formula,
Power = 250000/20
Power =12500 watts.
Hope this helped you a little!!!!

If it was initially at rest then,
Work = Change in Kinetic energy
= 0.5 m(v² - u²)
= 0.5 × 800 kg × [(25 m/s²)² - 0]
= 250 × 10³ J
= 250 kJ
Power = Work / Time
= 250 kJ / 20 s
= 12.5 kW
Power developed by engine is 12.5 kW
