Therefore , resistance of each part , r = 30 ohms .

To Find :

The equivalent resistance of the combination .

Solution :

We know , equivalent resistance in series is given by :

\dfrac{1}{R_{eq}}=\dfrac{1}{R_1}+\dfrac{1}{R_2}+\dfrac{1}{R_3}

Here , R_1=R_2=R_3=30\ ohms .

Therefore ,

\dfrac{1}{R_{eq}}=\dfrac{3}{30}\\\\R_{eq}=10\ ohms
