  • The length and breadth of the rectangle.

\sf{\huge{\underline{\blue{Solution :-}}}}

The perimeter of the wire is 96cm.

Let, the breadth be x,

Where as length = x + 12

We, know

Perimeter of rectangle wire = 2(length + breadth)

➝ 96 = 2( l + b )

➝ 2(x + x + 12) = 96

➝ x + x + 12 = 96/2

➝ 2x + 12 = 48

➝ 2x = 48 - 12

➝ 2x = 36

➝ x = 36/2

x = 18

  • Breadth of rectangle = x = 18cm

  • Length of rectangle = x + 12 = 30cm
