You have that by definition X−Y=X∩Yc. Thus

A−(A−B)=A∩(A−B)c=A∩(A∩Bc)c=A∩(Ac∪B)=(A∩Ac)∪(A∩B)=∅∪(A∩B)=A∩B.

I hope this help you. mark as Brainliest.

Have a nice day.
