Answer:

A card is drawn at random from the box. ∴ The probability that the selected card bears a two digit number is 0.9. b) Perfect square numbers from 1 to 90= 1, 4 , 9 , 16 , 25 , 36 , 49 , 64 , 81 . Therefore , the probability that the selected card bears a perfect square is 0.1.

a) total no of cards = 90

probability of getting a two digit number is

=81/90 or 9 /10

b) total no of cards = 90

p(getting a perfect square) = 9 / 90 or 1/10

c) total no of cards = 90

p( getting a number divisible by 5) = 18 /90 or

1/5
