then length = 2x +1

perimeter of rectangle = 2*(length +height)

132=2(x+2x+1)

132/2=(3x+1)

66= 3x+1

66-1=3x +1

65=3x

x=65/3=21.66

so length = 2x+1 = 2*21.66+1=44.33 cm. or 44 1/3

and width = x= 21.66 cm  ans. or 21 2/3
