1) We have to find the acceleration of the truck
So from the equation of motion S=ut+ 1/2 a×t ^2
, whereu=0
S=
1/2 a×t ^2
a=2×400/20×20
=2 m/sec ^2
2) Force acting on truck
So,from newton's 2 nd law of motion
F =ma=7000×2=14000N=14kN
