Sorry to say but I think that there's some problem in the question. If you look at the Right Hand Side determinant's 2nd and 3rd columns you will find out that both of them are same. If they will be same the value of the determinant would become 0. But we "cannot" prove the Left Hand Side Determinant equal to 0. The only way by which the LHS determinant can be proved equal to the RHS determinant is if and only if the 3rd column of the RHS determinant contains the elements a^3,b^3,c^3.
