BC =BQ+QC

Now BQ =BP (equal tangents by exterior point )
BQ=3 cm

QC = CR

But CR = 11-AR
And AR =AP (equal tangents )

CR =11-4
CR =7

CR =CQ =7

Thus BC =BQ+QC
=3+7
=10 cm
