The bomb follows horizontally projectile with same horizontal velocity

as the plane (due to Inertia), say V.

In horizontal direction neglecting air resistance, there is no external

force hence 'V' remains constant.

∴ Relative horizontal speed b/w plane k minimize is = 0

⇒ Bomb falls vertically down from plane as observed.

If plane doesn't fly horizontal, then the relative velocity wouldn't

be O so statement doesn't hold is this case
