Given : -

• A' age is five times as that of B. Ten year later A' age will br thrice that of B

To Find : -

• Find the age of A

Solution : -

★ Let the age of B be x and A be 5x

• 10 year later
• B's age = (x + 10)
• A's age = (5x + 10)

According to the question

→ 5x + 10 = 3(x + 10)

→ 5x + 10 = 3x + 30

→ 5x - 3x = 30 - 10

→ 2x = 20

→ x = 20/2 = 10

Hence,

• Age of B = x = 10 years
• Age of A = 5x = 50 years
