a alloy of copper and tin contain 36 part of tin and 108 part of copper find the percentage of tin and copper in the alloy​

total  number of alloy in part = 20 parts.

Total number of Copper parts = 108 parts

Alloy of tin and copper = (20 + 108) = 128

Now,

we have to find the Percentage of tin in alloy :-

% of copper =20/128×100%=1282000%=15.625%  

we have to Find the Percentage of copper in alloy :-

% of copper=108/128×100%=84.375%  

Hence,

Percentage of tin is 15.625% and copper is 84.375% in alloy.
