Step-by-step explanation:

Answer is 8 days (approximately).

Let W denotes the whole amount of work.

It is given that: (1) B can complete the work W in 30 days. (2) A is 50% more efficient than B. (3) C is 25% less efficient than B.

So we determine that,

(4) the number of days required by A to complete the work W = 30*(1 - 0.50) = 15

(5) the number of days required by C to complete the work W = 30*(1 + 0.25) = 37.5

Hence, in 1 day the amount of work done by A, B & C together

= W/15 + W/30 + W/37.5 = (W/15)*(1 + 1/2 + 1/2.5) = (W/15)*1.9 = (19/150)W

Therefore, the number of days required by A, B & C together to complete the work W = 150/19 = 7.895 = 8 (approximately)
