a.the least count of ammeter is 3/30=1/10=0.1A
b.the least count of voltmeter is 0.5/20=0.02V.

Hey!

Formula to be remembered:

Least\ Count = \frac{Value \ of \ one \ main \ scale \ division}{Total \ number \ of \ scale \ divisions}

So,

A. Least count of ammeter = 3/30 = 0.1 A

B. Least count of voltmeter = 0.5/20 =   0.02 V

Hope It Helps You!
